What are your minimums?
Our Embroidery minimums are 5 pieces per order per design
How long will my order take?
Our typical turnaround time for sEmbroidery orders is 10-15 days from time of payment, excluding any shipping time.
Do you offer price breaks?
Yes! The more you order, the cheaper per piece it becomes. For Embroidery we have price breaks at 30+ pieces, 60+ pieces, 200+ pieces. This is on a per design basis.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, we can embroider customer-supplied garments. However, please note that if you choose to supply your own garment, Untapped Merch is not liable for any damage that may occur during the embroidery process. As we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of the garments provided by customers, we recommend ensuring the items are in good condition before submitting them for embroidery.
Can I print more then 1 design?
Yes! We can Embroidery as many designs at one time as you need. For complex orders that require multiple designs or services, please reach out to us for a faster these types of orders.
