Shipping upgrades don’t guarantee an exact delivery date, all express orders are subject to a $50 express fee and must be communicated to our team before the order is placed.
Please note that the ‘Customer Due Date’ on this invoice is the estimated ship date from our facility. The estimated ship dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed without a rush fee or expedited shipping
We send an art approval to the email used to place the order. It allows you to review the design and make any necessary changes before the printing process begins. Typically, you can expect to receive the art approval within a few days of submitting your design. If you do not approve the art approval, you will need to work with customer service to make any necessary changes to the design before the printing process can begin. Please make sure all aspects of the approval are correct before approving, as we are not responsible for any misspellings, ink color errors, or any differences if approved.
Yes, we use industrial printing equipment to print your shirts. The screen printing process involves several steps, including creating the artwork, making a stencil or screen, preparing the ink, and printing the design onto the material.
We do not offer samples due to the screen printing process and cost constraints. Orders over 2500 pcs may be subject to samples, but please check with your customer service rep.
If you’d like to cancel your order and it has exceeded the turnaround time, we will cancel and refund the order. If you cancel early, the order is subject to a 20% processing fee.
The prices advertised are for one design. Different price breaks may be added for multiple designs.
We accept all responsibility for incorrect orders. If your orders are incorrect, we will send a shipping label so you can send it back for a refund or replacement. If the artwork was approved or the invoice was correct, we will not offer full refunds and will charge a 20% processing fee. Please reach out to our customer support.

If you find that we didn’t meet your expectations, we will reimburse you and ask you to send the order back within 3 days of receiving it. If the order’s artwork is correct and matches the invoice, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the garments & a Restocking Fee of 30% for materials used.
